Meet the Founder
Samantha Silver, M.A., LPC-A

Sam Silver is a highly decorated double-alumna of Bushnell University and a former collegiate softball student-athlete, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

She currently serves as the Director of the Bushnell Counseling Clinic and Student-Athlete Mental Health Coordinator. In these roles, Sam oversees counseling for teams, coordinates care for student-athletes, manages crisis response protocols, and bridges communication between athletic and mental health staff.

She also provides supervision and academic guidance to graduate counseling students, organizes community outreach events, and ensures thoughtful, effective client care.

A passionate advocate for character-driven leadership, Sam was honored with the NAIA’s 2023 Leroy Walker Champions of Character Award and is currently pursuing her License in counseling. Sam is a Registered Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensing. Her unique blend of clinical training, athletic experience, and leadership equips her to support a wide range of clients with empathy, insight, and excellence.
